Pepperoni Pizza Rolls

Busy weeks call for fast meals that can be prepped and on the table within 20 minutes. These pizza rolls can be used with just cheese or any toppings you enjoy on your pizza, but without the cost of a delivery pizza.



2 tubes of crescent rolls
Package of string cheese sticks
Package of pepperoni
2 tablespoons unsalted better, melted
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning


1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil
2: Take rolls out of can and separate into individual triangles (should be 16 crescent rolls if bought 2 cans)
3: Rop each roll with 3 pepperonis and half a string cheese stick.Roll from wide end of roll to hold it all together, tucking corners at the end

4: place in oven for 10-12 minutes

5: in a small bowl, mix melted butter and seasoning
6: once rolls come out of the oven brush butter sauce on top

Love catching up on your blog! You are a hoot. I’ve made bacon cheese dogs for decades but disn’t know you could do them in a skillet, always did them in oven! Dinner tonight!!!
