A Greek Salad & Dressing Recipe

Greek Salad


1 head of Romaine lettuce chopped

1 red onion thinly sliced

½ cucumber chopped

½ bell pepper chopped

12 to 15 Kalamata olives sliced





¼ cup red wine vinegar

½ extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

1 tsp. Italian Seasoning 

Mix Well

Pour over the salad.

* Don’t pour over salad until right before serving or salad will be soggy!
