4 lbs. of cauliflower
16 oz of rice milk
16 oz of chicken broth
1 lb. of sharp cheddar cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Steam the cauliflower.
Place cauliflower in the blender with rice milk or chicken broth (It doesn’t matter which) and blend it.
Place cauliflower mixture back into the emptied steam pan.
Add the chicken broth or the rice milk. (which ever you didn’t use before)
Turn the pan on low.
Stir until melted (or the cheese will all stick to the bottom of pan).
Salt and pepper.
