Crock Pot Easy and Delicious!
A No Stress Meal for 10 – 12 People

Mississippi Pot Roast

Enjoy Your Party ~ Stay Out of the Kitchen!

Ingredients:

9 lbs. of chuck roast (usually 2)
2 packet powdered ranch dip mix
2 packet powdered onion soup mix
1 Cup stick of butter
10 – 12 pepperoncinis

Instructions:

Place 1 chuck roast in slow cooker.
Sprinkle 1 ranch dip mix on top of roast.
Sprinkle onion soup mix on top of roast.
Nestle 1/2 cup of butter on top of roast.
Place ½ pepperoncinis around the roast.


Place 2nd chuck roast on top of first roast.
Sprinkle 2nd packages of soup and ranch dip mix on top.
Place rest of pepperoncinis on top.


Cover and set slow cooker on low for 8 hours.
Flip roasts over half way through cooking.

Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
