Green Bean Salad
~ Or Dump Salad! ~

The Perfect Side Dish For A Summer Barbecue Or Picnic!

Quick and Easy!



2 – 14.5 oz. cans of Cut Green Beans

1 – 6 oz. can of Pitted Black Olives

1 – 15.5 oz can of White Hominy

1 – 14.5 can of Cut Wax Beans

3/4 cup of Marinated Artichoke Hearts

Your favorite Italian Dressing – To Taste


Open all cans and ‘dump’ into a colander. Drain. DSC05055-1

Chop artichokes into large pieces.


Place all vegetables in a bowl.  Add dressing to taste. Mix well.

Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
