Crock Pot Creamy Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients:

1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained

1 (15 oz.) can corn, drained

1 (10 oz,) can Rotel tomatoes, Mild

1 cup onions, chopped

1 bell pepper, chopped

1 T. Ranch Dressing Mix

1 tsp. cumin

1 T. chili powder

4 cups chicken broth

1 Rotisserie Chicken, deboned, skinned and chopped into bite sized pieces

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese

  

Directions: 

Place all ingredients into crock pot.  Stir. Cover with lid. Cook on low for 6 – 8 hours, stirring occasionally.

Serves 10 – 14
