Whiskey Balls

When You Want To Impress – But Don’t Have Much Time!

Whiskey Balls are quick, easy, and delicious! 


1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers

1 cup powdered sugar, shifted

1 cup pecans, chopped fine

½ cup cocas, shifted

4 ½ oz. whiskey

3 T. dark corn syrup


Crush vanilla wafers. Combine powdered sugar, pecans, and cocoa with the wafers. In a separate cup, combine whiskey and corn syrup. Pour this mixture over the crumb mixture. Blend well. (This will be hard to do!) Roll into small balls. Roll balls in powdered sugar.

These can be stored in the refrigerator, in a closed container, for weeks.
