The Best Pork Chop Recipe is also the Easiest!
Don’t make your life more difficult than it has to be!
This Rancher’s Recipe is delicious and super easy!
Pork Chops – 1 for each person
Butter – 1 1/2 – 2 T. for each pork chop
Montreal Steak Seasoning – to taste
Melt butter in a skillet.
Sprinkle Montreal Steak Seasoning generously on top of pork chop. (No. Montreal Steak Seasoning does not pay me to endorse its product. But I do because it’s fabulous! Try it. I think you will agree. But, any peppery-seasoning will do.)
On medium/high heat, brown pork chop on one side.
Flip pork chop over. Stir butter so it doesn’t burn. Cover. Cook until done.
(Usually 5 minutes or so. Don’t over cook.)
Serve over rice. Or mash potatoes. Serve with vegetables. Whatever you decide, your pork chops will be fabulous
