Avocado, Cheese & Bacon Omelet


3 large Eggs

1/8 cup of whole Milk

1 tbsp. of butter

1/3 of a large Avocado, sliced

2 strips of Bacon, cooked and diced

1/4 cup of cheese, grated (I prefer cheddar)

Salt & Pepper to taste


Mix 3 eggs with milk. Whip together.

In stick proof pan, melt butter. Coat bottom of the pan.

Pour in eggs. Let cook on medium heat until about 3/4 done.

Add bacon bits and cheese.

Flip omelet in half.

Add avocados on exposed side of pan. Heat avocados and finish cooking omelet.

Do not overcook.

Slide omelet onto plate. Place avocados on top.

Salt and Pepper to taste.
