The perfect sidekick to any meal because it’s fast, easy, and filling.

5 medium potatoes, cubed
1 cup diced white onion
1 tbsp. Tony Chachere’s original creole seasoning
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 ½ tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Pour all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until evenly coated.
Move the mixture to a greased, rimmed baking sheet.
Place in oven for 40 minutes, flipping potatoes after 20 minutes to prevent sticking.
Take mixture out of the oven, let cool for 5 minutes, then serve.
