6 oz. canned salmon, undrained
¼ cup of finely chopped dry oats
¼ cup cornmeal
1 tablespoon of canola oil.
1 cup of whole wheat flour
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, plop the mixture into the center of the pan, and with a fork or spatula, spread the sides into a large, thin circle. Should be about 1/8 in. thick. Use a fork to add texture.
Use a pizza cutter to slice the circle into small pieces.
Preheat oven to 350°, and bake the dough for 15 minutes. Then, separate the pieces and bake for another 10 minutes or until the treats are crispy throughout. Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve. Store in fridge.
