Ingredients
3 teaspoons Nestle’s Quick
1 jigger Kailua (or other coffee liqueur)
2 teaspoons instant coffee
heavy cream, whipped
boiling water, enough to fill cup 3/4 full
Directions
Place Nestle’s Quick, Kailua, and instant coffee in a coffee mug or Irish coffee glass.
Fill with boiling water and stir well.
Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
