The Best Chili Cheesecake Recipe
It’s A Savory Delight!

This is an incredibly delicious, flavor-filled cheesecake.

Simple and easy, this makes a wonderful appetizer or entrée.

Your guests (or family) will love it!



2 cups Tortilla Chips, crumbled

6 tablespoons Butter, melted

4 (8 oz.) packages Cream Cheese, softened

4 eggs

2 (4 oz.) cans diced Green Chilis, drained

8 oz. Cheddar Cheese, grated

8 oz. Mozzarella, grated

1/2 cup Sour Cream

Garnish ~ Chopped tomatoes, chopped green onions and diced black olives.


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine tortilla chips and butter in a mixing bowl.


Press into bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.


Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool for 5 or 10 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and eggs.


Add green chilis, cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. Mix well.


Pour over crust.


Bake for 45 minutes or until done. (The middle should be puffed up ~ not concave.)


Remove from the oven. Cool for 5 minutes. Run a knife around the inside edge of pan, to loosen, and remove side from pan.

Ice with sour cream. Decorate with tomatoes, green onions and olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
