1 heart of romaine lettuce
⅓ yellow bell pepper
3 small mushrooms
1 stalk of celery
1 stick of mozzarella
¼ cup black beans, drained and washed
2 cups of our homemade Corn Salsa
Chop lettuce, bell pepper, mushrooms, celery, mozzarella, and cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Toss into a small mixing bowl. Add beans.
Add some of our Corn Salsa as a dressing to add flavor and bite.
Cover the mixing bowl with a bowl or plate to shake ingredients together.
