Crock pots are great for when you don’t have time to sit at home and wait for a cake or meal to come out of the oven. You can leave the house and let the pot do the work for you! Plus, who would have thought that you could make a cake in a crock pot?!

Try it out, you will not be disappointed!

Crock Pot Lava Cake

1 box chocolate cake mix
3 1/4 cups milk
1/2 cups vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 package instant chocolate pudding
1 bag of milk chocolate chips

Line crock pot with parchment paper

Mix cake mix, 1 1/4 cups of milk, oil, eggs in electric mixer until well mixed.

Pour into lined crock pot

Empty small box of pudding into mixer and add 2 cups of milk.

Beat 3-4 minutes, until thickened.

Pour pudding on top of cake mix (DO NOT MIX THE TWO)

Sprinkle the bag of chocolate chips on top of the pudding mix. (Again, don’t mix)

Cover the crock pot and turn on low heat for 3-4 hours.

Serve this lava cake warm with ice cream on top!
