How many calories?

Lynne, It all depends upon how many Laughing Cow triangles you use and how much butter.

This is Karen Logic… Since I don’t butter the bread, I save calories there. (I put a small dab of butter on top, which is a lot less than buttering the entire slice of bread.) And, one Laughing Cow triangle has 21 g. – 35 calories. vs. Cheddar cheese’s 84 calories in 21 g. I use one triangle, but son James likes two on his. (No. Laughing Cow isn’t paying me to endorse their product!) So, since I’m using so much less cheddar cheese, I figure I’m saving a bunch of calories! Plus, this tastes incredibly rich and creamy. Try it. I promise, you will love it! Besides… it’s sooooo easy!
