It’s that time of year when chocolate becomes the most satisfying part of any meal.
So why not add chocolate cookies and chocolate chips into a new cookie?
A dessert inside of another dessert, what could be better?!
Cookies and Cream Cookies
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 package cookies & creme pudding mix
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
10 Oreos, crushed
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup milk
Preheat oven 350°
Combine butter and sugars (brown and white)
Stir in pudding mix (dry)
Add eggs and vanilla to mixture
Add flour, baking soda and milk into the batter
Crush the Oreos in a bag and then pour them into the mixing bowl, also add the white chocolate chips
Stir until combined
Spoon out dough into little balls and place on a greased cookie sheet for 8-9 minutes.
ENJOY WITH A GLASS OF MILK!
