Another Great Thing You Can Make With Jello!

(It’s so good, every time my husband walks by the kitchen, he beelines it to the refrigerator and takes a bite!)

Crust

2 cups crushed Graham Crackers

1 tablespoon Sugar

1/4 cup Butter

1/2 cup Pecan Pieces

Filling

3 lbs. Cream Cheese (room temperature)

1 lb Powdered Sugar

1 Extra Large Cool Whip

Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and spoon on crust. After crust is covered, you can smooth it out. Refrigerate.

Strawberry Glaze

1 pkg. Strawberry Jello

3 tbls. Corn Starch

3/4 cup Sugar

2 quarts fresh Strawberries

Mix these three items in a s small pan. Add 2 cups of water. Place on medium heat and stir until mixture becomes clear and slightly thickens.

Set aside to cool slightly, while preparing strawberries. Clean and cut strawberries in half.

Mix the strawberries into cooled strawberry glaze mixture. Spoon on top of cream cheese.

Best refrigerated over night.
