Quick and Easy Chicken Divan

This is the quickest, easiest, best Chicken Divan ever!

Make it ahead of time. Use your leftover turkey, if you want.

It’s a great dinner for your family and guests!

Kids love it to.

Ingredients:

2 bunches of fresh broccoli

1 cooked rotisserie chicken or 4 large chicken breasts, cubed (approx. 3 cups)

2 cans of condensed cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup of mayonnaise

1 tsp of lemon juice

1/2 to 1 tsp of curry powder

3/4 cup of grated sharpe cheese

1/2 cup of soft croutons

1 tsp melted butter

Cook broccoli in boiling salted water until tender. Drain.

 

Arrange stalks in baking/casserole dish with flowerets facing outward. Place cooked, cubed chicken on top of broccoli.

Combine coup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.

Combine croutons and butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 -40 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Garnish with pimento strips. (If desired.) 

Serves 4 to 6 hearty eaters!
