Quick and Easy Baked Brie Recipe!

by Karen Ekstrom

Don’t have much time?

This Baked Brie is fast, easy and wonderfully delicious!

A great appetizer when you want to impress!

Ingredients:

Wheel of Brie Cheese

Puffed Pastry Sheets (2)

One jar of good jelly (your choice – I use the jelly we make!)

One egg white

Directions:

Thaw puff pastry sheets just enough so you can unfold them. Press pastry seams together to create seal to keep jelly in. Place half the jar of jelly (or more) in the middle of one of the pastry sheets. Place brie on top of the jelly, and fold pastry around brie. Use second pastry sheet to fill any holes and seal it close.

Flip Brie over so the sealed side is on bottom. (Making the pretty, smooth side on top.)

Use cookie cutters and the left over puffed pastry sheet to decorate the top of your brie.

Brush with egg whites to help seal and brown.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve warm.

The best Brie melts across the plate!

Enjoy!
