3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups soft butter
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
1-1/2 cups packed light-brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups chopped walnuts
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
2 cups coconut shavings

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
In a smaller bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add both brown and granulated sugars mix until smooth. Bring the mixer to a slow stir and add eggs and vanilla extract. Then, pour the wet ingredients into the flour mixture and stir with a spatula until completely combined. Stir in the walnuts, chocolate chips, oats, and coconut shavings.
Use ¼ cup of dough for each cookie, and separate them by one inch on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until edges are golden. Remove cookies from rack to cool before serving.
