Coffee & Ice Cream
The Perfect Morning Brew!
(Serves 44 – 4 oz. servings)
1 2 oz. jar of instant coffee
1 quart of warm water
1 cup of sugar
3 quarts of cold water
2 quarts of vanilla ice cream
(But you can substitute chocolate or coffee ice cream too)
Mix coffee, warm water and sugar.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Chill for at least one hour in refrigerator.
Pour in large punch bowl.
Stir in cold water.
Beat one quart ice cream into coffee mixture.
Spoon in the rest of the ice cream.
(So it floats on top of the blended coffee drink.)
